About Me

Are you struggling with low energy and brain fog that affects your ability to get through the day? Are you dealing with cystic acne that doesn’t seem to go away despite all of the medications and tons of money spent on face creams?  Do you feel frustrated or overwhelmed with trying to live a healthy lifestyle? Deciphering food labels and ingredients, fitting meal planning and exercise into a busy schedule, and committing to healthy habits can seem impossible at times.  I am here to help. I completely understand your struggle because I was once like you. I have learned from personal experience simple and achievable ways to implement healthy foods and lifestyle strategies to overcome these obstacles without having to sacrifice the simple pleasures in life or the things that you love today. It is my goal to work together as a team to develop a plan of action that will enable you to achieve your optimal health outcome.

Hi There, I’m Kileigh

I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who uses functional nutrition to help women struggling with PMS, stubborn weight loss, and hormonal acne get to the root of their symptoms through nutrition and lifestyle strategies so they can have clear skin, more energy, and better periods.

I have always struggled with acne and hormonal issues since I was a teenager. I remember going from doctor to doctor, being prescribed face creams, antibiotics, and birth control that amounted to no more than a band-aid to cover up the symptoms rather than getting to the root cause of my issue. After years of frustration with no solution in sight, I sought guidance from a health coach who taught me how proper nutrition can positively impact our hormones. Through this process, I was successful in addressing the issues I was having naturally, without the need for expensive or potentially harmful medication and products. For the first time in my life, I had clear skin, abundant confidence, and was wearing less make-up!  Through the power of positive lifestyle choices I felt better, looked better, and was happier than I had ever been before.

From there, I decided to further my education with the Nutritional Therapy Association to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner because I am so passionate about educating women on how to make the best health decisions based on their own bio-individual needs, taking a stance against the old-school ways of thinking and deceptive marketing, and to be able to advocate for themselves and their families. I changed my life, and now I want to help you change yours.  Rebel Women Wellness is all about creating a safe, non-judgmental community of women to provide support and encouragement to build confidence through healthy means, not conforming to societal standards. Please feel free to reach out. I hope to hear from you soon my fellow rebels!
